What OneLessTool is
OneLessTool helps people check whether software they already own covers jobs they pay another subscription to do. It combines a public catalog of plans and capability mappings with replacement workflows and a subscription audit.
The catalog labels evidence and links to sources. The audit considers overlap without counting the same saving twice. A shared feature is not a reason to cancel on its own: the site also records limitations and reasons to keep paying.

Stories in this catalog snapshot
How much pricing evidence is verified?
238 of 275 plan records (86.5%) carry verified evidence. 37 are unverified; 0 have other evidence statuses.
Method: count each plan once by its evidence status. Verified includes records with no public amount, such as contact-sales plans. It describes the recorded source check, not a guarantee of today's price.
How many tools have a verified free option?
49 of 61 tools have a catalog free-tier flag and a verified recurring plan with both listed and monthly prices equal to zero.
Method: count tools, not plans. Unverified free claims and one-time offers are excluded. A free option can still have usage limits, hosting costs or eligibility requirements.
How often does a listed price require annual billing?
126 of 157 verified, publicly priced recurring paid plans record annual billing.
Method: count annual-period plans and monthly-equivalent plans marked billed annually. Exclude free, unknown, one-time and usage-unit prices. This counts the recorded price options, not whether vendors also offer monthly billing.
These are descriptive counts of the catalog, not a representative survey of software, customers or spending. Verify a vendor's current terms before citing an individual price. Read the evidence methodology.
